In this blogpost, I will be sharing the processes of preparing our documents for FarFarCrib (Sales of Balance Flat – BTO). The process of obtaining the requirements was an easy one, especially when both of us are employed.
- Download your past 12 months CPF contributions/transactions.
- Your marriage certificate ( we submitted before we got our keys in Oct 2020 during that point in time.)
- Decide on the amount of CPF Ordinary Account you wish to use for your house. You also have the option to leave some CPF OA cash for rainy days (eg. in the event while starting job or unemployed).
- Decide on whether to obtain Bank Loan (it has Fixed and Floating Interest Rate) or HDB Loan.
Remember to discuss with your financial adviser or your property agent to assist you with the calculations.
